Our store fulfills orders within 48 hours of order placement/payment receipt. Customers will be promptly notified of any issues with order fulfillment. Delivery typically takes up to 2 days from the shipment date but may extend up to 5 business days, depending on the courier.

Our store is not liable for damaged or lost goods caused by the courier company. Additionally, our store bears no responsibility for shipments undelivered due to customer-related issues (such as no contact, absence at delivery address, or incorrect address) or courier service failures. The courier service attempts delivery multiple times, and if unsuccessful due to the mentioned reasons, the shipment will be considered delivered.

Return Policy

If you wish to initiate a return, please reach out to us via email  at or by phone at (305)639-8082. Once we receive the return/refund, we will review and address the request. Please make sure to include the order number associated with your order, as well as any additional identifying information. We will reply to claims within 5 business days upon receiving all required information, using the same communication method as the initial request.

We ask that you return the product in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice you initially received. You will have 14 days from the time of purchase to initiate a return. 

Upon receipt of the product, we will assess its condition and determine whether the refund is approved. Once approved, the refund will be issued in full. You will be refunded within 14 days of approval to the account provided at the time of purchase. Please note that you will only receive a refund if all the return policy requirements above have been met.
